In its third edition, the Esfera Rio Seminar will bring together federal authorities, state leaders, and private-sector representatives to discuss topics such as public security, national development, energy security, connected cities, and cooperative models between public and private investments.
Confirmed participants include BNDES president Aloizio Mercadante; ministers Vinicius de Carvalho (CGU) and Bruno Dantas (TCU); state secretaries Victor dos Santos (Public Security) and Marcus Cavalcanti (PPI); as well as federal deputies Danilo Forte (CE), Rubens Júnior (MA), and Hugo Leal (RJ).
The Judiciary will be represented by Renata Gil, member of the CNJ, and Flávio Lucas, federal appellate judge of TRF-2.
