Genius Sports reports 38% group revenue growth year-over-year

Genius Sports, the official data, technology and broadcast partner that powers the global ecosystem connecting sports, betting and media, announced financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company reported revenue of US$166.3m, representing 38% up year-over-year, predominately driven by 89% growth in Media and 28% in Betting revenues.

Q3 2025 business highlights

Financial outlook

Genius Sports expects to generate Group Revenue of approximately US$655 million and Group Adjusted EBITDA of approximately US$136 million in 2025. This implies year-over-year Group Revenue and Adj. EBITDA growth of 28% and 59%, respectively. Genius Sports also expects to generate positive annual cash flow in the full year of 2025.
