In recent years, NGX has significantly increased the presence of women in its team — now composed of professionals from diverse areas, backgrounds, and profiles — reinforcing its efforts to build a more diverse, inclusive, and representative workforce. For the company, initiatives like this go beyond symbolic dates, serving as real opportunities to strengthen culture, care, and belonging.
The event featured a lecture on emotional support for women with breast cancer, health check-ups including blood pressure and glucose testing, guidance on prevention and self-examination, as well as information on cervical cancer. It also included a workplace exercise session and an integration coffee break.
The initiative was held in partnership with GETRA and the Campina Grande Health Department, ensuring access to quality technical content at no additional cost.
“Having a team with more and more women drives us to go beyond awareness. Caring, informing, and creating spaces for support are part of our commitment to those who build NGX every day,” said Christiane Oliveira, HR Analyst at NGX.
NGX remains firm in its mission to combine innovation in the iGaming sector with internal social responsibility, fostering a culture of well-being, respect, and diversity.
