To clarify what ethical management looks like

Lottopar releases booklets on compliance, internal controls, ombudsman services and transparency

Lottopar has released a set of booklets that clearly and accessibly explain how the entity ensures ethical, transparent and efficient management. The materials detail the main pillars of its institutional performance: governance, integrity, transparency and citizen participation. The set comprises four documents focused on essential areas of public administration.

The Transparency Booklet explains how public information is produced, organized and made available to society, ensuring the right of access to Lottopar’s data.

The Compliance Booklet describes Lottopar’s Integrity Program and the system adopted to prevent irregularities. The document shows how risks are identified, ethical conduct is promoted, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations is ensured.

The Internal Control Booklet highlights the preventive and corrective role of the unit responsible for oversight, accountability and management support, focusing on the proper use of public resources and the continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Finally, the Ombudsman Booklet presents the communication channels between Lottopar and society. The material guides citizens on how to submit requests, suggestions, compliments, complaints and reports, and details the handling process, response deadlines, citizens’ rights and duties, and the role of the Ombudsman Officer as society’s representative within the institution.

Taken together, the booklets demonstrate that transparency, compliance, internal controls and the ombudsman function are complementary and fundamental instruments for an ethical and participatory public administration. Lottopar is committed to ethics, accountability and strengthening the trust of the people of Paraná.
