The recognition was obtained after the operators complied with a series of protocols focused on internal training for support and customer service teams, reinforcing their commitment to sustainable, ethical and excellence-driven practices. As a result, the group has become the fourth in Brazil to achieve this certification.
“Establishing a relationship of trust and credibility with our customers is a non-negotiable pillar of BPX Group. Obtaining this certification is a recognition not only for the market, but especially for our employees, who are increasingly dedicated to continuous learning and committed to keeping up with all trends in order to deliver the best possible service,” said Aislla Rocha, Vice President of BPX Group.
The COMPULSAFE certification confirms that the companies are operating in compliance with the requirements set out in Ordinance No. 1,231/2024 of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting of the Ministry of Finance, which establishes rules and guidelines for Responsible Gaming.
In partnership with EBAC, the operators provide a specialized customer support system tailored to each situation, ensuring an individualized risk assessment and reinforcing best practices, with a focus on bettors’ well-being.
Previously, BPX and EBAC had entered into an agreement aimed at promoting Responsible Gaming, certifying that the companies’ organizational procedures are fully compliant with current legislation. The partnership also includes support for individuals who may need to temporarily distance themselves from the platforms.
The program brings together specialists in fields such as psychology, organizational management, communication and compliance within the online gaming industry.
