Optimove and GOA hold CRM and Gamification Masterclass focused on the Brazilian iGaming market

After bringing together industry professionals in a workshop on CRM and Gamification at the end of October, Optimove, creator of the Positionless Marketing concept and the #1 platform for iGaming player engagement, and Gaming Operations Academy (GOA LatAm/Brazil) launch their new joint initiative: an online CRM and Gamification Masterclass, developed especially for the regulated iGaming market in Brazil.

The Masterclass takes place today (3) and tomorrow (4), from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Brasília time), and combines two days of live content featuring theoretical foundations, practical exercises, and discussions led by experts from both organizations. The sessions will be conducted by Cátia Santos, an instructor with solid experience in online gaming operations.

The Masterclass will cover essential topics aimed at elevating the maturity and efficiency of CRM and marketing teams, including:

- The Brazilian regulatory landscape as it applies to CRM

- Player segmentation and personalization strategies

- Campaign planning and offer calendars

- Multichannel communication and key CRM metrics
