Optimove secures leading brands in Brazil and strengthens its team amid growth

Optimove, creator of the Positionless Marketing concept and the world’s No. 1 iGaming player engagement platform, has announced a strategic step forward in Brazil with the arrival of major new clients and the expansion of its local team. The milestone reflects the company’s growing presence in Latin America and its commitment to supporting Brazilian operators in building stronger relationships with their players.

Optimove’s Positionless Marketing platform removes traditional barriers between marketing functions, allowing teams to access data, build campaigns, and optimize results without relying on other departments.

Local expansion and consolidation

Since registering its legal entity in June 2025, Optimove Brasil Marketing Platform LTDA has intensified its local operations. The initiative solidified its presence, streamlined processes, and paved the way for closer collaboration with operators and partners.

Currently, four of the five largest iGaming operators in the region use Optimove to enhance engagement and marketing efficiency, including EstrelaBet, Betnacional, Betano, and Bet365. The company also serves major digital and entertainment brands such as NSX Group and Alfa.bet, reinforcing its position as Brazil’s leading engagement solution for iGaming operators.

Strengthened local team

To meet growing demand and elevate the quality of its delivery, Optimove has expanded its team in Brazil with strategic hires in Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships. The new team members are:

Heloísa Bianchi, partnerships executive with experience in marketing and growth across iGaming, betting, retail, tech, and payments

Rafael Alessi, sales executive with a strong background in CRM, SaaS, and marketing operations

Rodolfo Niro Nascimento, Customer Success manager specializing in engagement and retention in the iGaming market
