The new hub launches with a starting team of more than 60 specialists, covering casino and sportsbook management, CRM, VIP, gamification and affiliation. With an established customer base in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay and Chile, the Santiago hub will enable TG Lab to enhance delivery and improve performance across key regional markets. The company also plans to extend its reach into Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Ecuador in the near future.
This latest development builds on a strong period of growth for the provider in Latin America, following the opening of TG Lab’s Brazil Hub in Foz do Iguaçu.
