
In collaboration with the Rio de Janeiro club São Cristóvão and the brand .pormenor, the project celebrates the trajectory of one of the greatest players of all time and shows that every story begins with a bet.
The new shirt is inspired by the Fenômeno's time at São Cristóvão, the club where his history in football began. The exclusive design combines traditional elements of the club with modern details, creating a piece that goes beyond the four lines and the stands of the game.
Tying all the loose ends together in an even more special way, .pormenor, a brand founded in the same neighborhood and street as Ronaldo, in Bento Ribeiro, was responsible for the design and production of the shirt. The project uses artisanal techniques and technological innovations, ensuring high quality and an impeccable finish.
The century-old club, a traditional Rio de Janeiro club and a great favorite among football fans, gains more than just a uniform. The new piece stands out as a collector's item, with only 150 pieces created and distributed to names selected by the brand and by 'Fenômeno' himself.
The shirt launch campaign, “Every story begins with a bet,” connects Ronaldo and São Cristóvão’s legacy, tradition, memory, trend and passion for football.
During the creation process, interesting facts about São Cristóvão and Ronaldo's story came to light, further enriching the project. The club, which has a deep tradition in Rio de Janeiro football, is an essential part of the five-time world champion's success story.
Betfair even promoted the return of the Phenomenon to the club, with a video released on the brand's social media at the end of last year. For .pormenor, creating the shirt was more than just a job; it was an experience of immersion in the local history and culture.
