The event addressed essential topics for football in the context of sports betting, highlighting the importance of regulating the sector and practices to ensure transparency and security in the sport. Among the main topics discussed were:
* Integrity in football and the impact of betting.
* Rules on who is prohibited from betting.
* Promoting safe gambling.
* Cases of manipulation in sports – negative and positive examples.
* Means of monitoring and supervising sports betting.
* Legal aspects for athletes.

For Lottopar's operations director, Fabio Veiga, the initiative reinforces the institution's commitment to promoting integrity in sports and raising awareness among athletes from the grassroots level.
“Lottopar is firmly committed to sports integrity and raising awareness among athletes about the risks and challenges of betting in football. Events like this, in partnership with Athletico Paranaense, are essential to guide young players, managers and coaching staff on the importance of regulation and safe gambling. Our goal is to clarify doubts, present real cases and reinforce the monitoring and supervision mechanisms that help protect the sport.”
The lecture also included the participation of the advisor to Lottopar's operations department, lawyer Pablo Wosniacki, who provided essential legal insight for athletes on the legal impacts of match-fixing and the rules that prevent certain categories from betting. "This knowledge is essential for everyone to act responsibly in football, ensuring the credibility and transparency of the competitions."

For Marildo Campos, director of the youth categories at Clube Athletico Paranaense, this is an extremely relevant and current topic, because "it is important that we bring our boys an understanding of this action, the negative impact that thoughtless action can have on a bet in football."
Marildo also emphasized that it is important to show these young people examples of athletes who have already been banned from football, of athletes who almost were banned, and how important it is to be honest and play a fair game.
According to Patrícia Manica, coordinator of human development at Clube Athletico Paranaense, “the sooner we bring up these issues and the sooner the boys begin to understand certain subjects, using more accessible language that is part of the educational and social context in which they live, the easier it will be to extend this to the under-20s, when they already have professional contracts.”
The action is part of a growing movement in Brazilian football to strengthen sports integrity and protect the new generation of athletes from the negative impacts of illegal betting and match-fixing.
