Last week, the SPA determined the suspension of the provisional authorization of four companies, including Pixbet Soluções Tecnológicas, for failure to deliver certificates. On Friday (11), it was granted a preliminary injunction by the Federal Court, since all documents had been delivered, although one of them was late.
Pixbet, through its FlaBet brand, is the master sponsor of Flamengo (R$470m / US$80m contract) and the request for a preliminary injunction to the Federal Court was filed precisely so that the club could debut the new jersey in a game against Grêmio in the Brazilian Championship. The first appearance was in an international game, against Central Córdoba, from Argentina, in the group stage of the Libertadores.
Now, the SPA has issued Ordinance 806, which authorizes it to operate sports betting and online games in Brazil until January 5, 2030, valid for the three brands included in its licensing process: Pixbet, FlaBet and Bet da Sorte.
With the granting of the definitive license by the SPA, Pixbet has three operating authorizations, the federal one, for its three brands, and the state ones, in Paraná and Rio de Janeiro, in these two cases for local exploration of sports betting and online gaming only.

THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTINGS OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by art. 55, section I, of Annex 1 of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1º To authorize the following legal entity to explore the fixed-odds lottery betting modality, under the terms of Laws No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, of the Ordinances issued by the Prizes and Betting Secretariat and based on the information contained in SIGAP process No. 0042/2024:
