“END 2 END certified the first multiplayer bingo in Brazil equipped with cutting-edge technology”

At BiS SiGMA 2025, END 2 END highlighted the certification of the first multiplayer bingo in Brazil, ensuring regulatory compliance and stability. Pablo Bonifacich, Commercial Director, assured in an exclusive interview with GMB that the technology supports 300,000 simultaneous players and 3 million cards. Now, the company plans to expand its operations with state lotteries and has the capacity to equip VLTs with its games.

GMB – What are END 2 END's new developments at BiS SiGMA Americas?
Pablo Bonifacich – Our main announcement is that we have received certification in accordance with the federal regulatory law here in Brazil, becoming the first certified multiplayer bingo game in the Brazilian market.

What does it mean for the market to have a certified multiplayer bingo game for operation in Brazil?
It means that operators can rest assured that they are allowed to launch the game in the market without any objections from regulatory authorities.

What are the main highlights of the multiplayer bingo? What attracts the most attention from players?
On one hand, the gameplay dynamic is highly tailored to the Brazilian audience. We have a lot of experience working in the Latin American market. In addition, the image quality, the features we offer, and the platform’s ability to scale almost limitlessly are major highlights. That’s one of the key strengths I like to point out.

For example, we launched a site that started off very well, reaching 1,400 players in a single round, with over 20,000 bingo cards sold within the first two hours of operation. It was a very significant activity, and our technology handled it without any issues.

How stable is the platform, and how many people can be in one room?
Thanks to more than 20 years of experience working with online bingo, we’ve achieved this level of stability. Online bingo isn’t just another product in our portfolio – it’s our core business. Our technology is highly optimized to manage large volumes of players.

We’ve conducted tests using bots simulating over 300,000 online players simultaneously and more than 3 million bingo cards, and the platform remained stable.

In real-world operations, we have clients with over 15,000 concurrent players and 300,000 cards in a single round, all without issues.

Can Brazilian operators feel confident about offering a good experience to their players?
Absolutely, 100%. In terms of both platform stability and the product’s aesthetics and features.

Now that the product is certified in Brazil, does END 2 END plan to create Brazilian-themed games?
More than just themes, we’re talking about game modes and permissions for player-operator interaction. We also customize the game for each operator to create a unique experience.

What are END 2 END's plans for this year now that you're certified in Brazil?
We’re developing lottery games for the Brazilian market. They’re not certified yet, but they’re in the final stages of development and testing. Certification will be the next step.

Are Brazil’s state lotteries also a focus for END 2 END?
Yes, we’re also focusing on state lotteries in addition to bingo, which remains our main business.

Is END 2 END considering bringing its games to VLTs (Video Lottery Terminals)?
There is a possibility of running our games on physical terminals, as the technology fully allows it. There’s nothing stopping us – it just requires integration with VLT providers. Our games already run on tablets in some locations, so integrating them into a VLT, which is just another accessible platform, is entirely feasible.

How is artificial intelligence being used in END 2 END’s development processes?
We haven’t yet implemented AI in our processes. We work with cutting-edge technology and methodologies that ensure the quality of our products.
