GMB – Oliver, it was your first time in São Paulo, right?
Oliver Lietz – Yes, it was my first time in Brazil, and I’m totally amazed. It’s a great country, a great city, and I’m really happy to be here. I am! I even had a day off before the event to explore a bit, and I was lucky to have amazing colleagues from Brazil who helped me get around.
What was your impression of BiS SiGMA Americas?
It was very busy, very well organized, and full of people. It was great for networking, meeting existing clients, and also connecting with new prospects. Brazil is a key market for us, and we want to support its growth.
What innovations was nanocosmos presenting this year?
We’re expanding our nanoStream Cloud live streaming platform, which is designed for real-time streaming in live casino and live betting environments. We’ve introduced new technology upgrades to improve reachability in regions with poor network conditions.
We’ve also launched new features like live replays, which allow viewers to rewind a live stream, clip specific moments, and share them — great for marketing and creating more engaging user experiences.

You mentioned influencer-based streaming. Could you explain that?
Absolutely. There’s a growing trend around influencer-style live streaming, where you’re not just watching the game, but also a person who is playing and entertaining — someone creating a real show.
This builds a community around the game, and people want to be part of that. It’s an emerging and exciting use case, especially here in Brazil.
Can you comment on strategic alliances in the iGaming, sports betting, and payment ecosystems
These synergies are essential. We provide the video technology; others offer the iGaming experience or own the sports content. When all these components come together, they enable new, creative use cases — like betting around live sports or influencer-driven games. There’s a lot of space to innovate and develop new, engaging experiences for users.
How is nanocosmos using artificial intelligence?
AI is everywhere now. We’re leveraging it in several ways — for example, speech generation and multilingual translations of streams. We’re also integrating AI into video enhancements step by step, adding value to the user experience and enabling smart content creation.

How do you see the convergence of digital entertainment, iGaming, and sports betting?
These areas are merging more and more. The boundaries are becoming blurry, and that opens the door to new models and experiences. What matters most is creating value and entertainment — combining these worlds in ways that engage audiences.
Was nanocosmos also present at SBC Rio. How does that event compare?
We didn’t have a booth in Rio, but we did in São Paulo — just like last year. We’re considering having one in Rio next time as well, because the Brazilian market is growing fast and we want to be part of that expansion, especially around real-time live streaming applications.

Can you share a brief assessment of nanocosmos’ first quarter?
It’s been a strong start. We’re seeing great momentum in South America, particularly in Brazil. We’re growing, building partnerships, and exploring innovative business models — like aggregating sports data to create engaging gaming experiences.
What are the company’s plans for Brazil in 2025?
Brazil remains a strategic market. We already have a team here that’s working closely with our clients, and we plan to continue expanding — step by step, together with our partners.
