The suspension occurred on April 11 because the company did not present technical certificates and betting system, sports betting, remote game server (RGS) and integration, issued by a certifying entity accredited by SPA-MF.
The SPA measure had also suspended Pixbet Soluções Tecnológicas for its three brands, Pixbet, Flabet and Bet da Sorte, which has already regained its definitive license, and TQJ-Par (Baú Bingo, Tele Sena Bet and Bet Do Milhão), which has Grupo Sílvio Santos as a shareholder. TQJ has not yet obtained its definitive license and stated that this does not change its plans to start operations in the second half of this year.
This Tuesday (22), the SPA published Ordinance 844, in which it recognizes compliance with all requirements and authorized 7MBR Ltda to operate in Brazil with the brands Cbet, Verbet and Fanbit until December 31, 2029.
During the period in which it was suspended, 7MBR apologized to users, informing that it faced “administrative and bureaucratic challenges and to ensure that our service was fully compliant with the new Brazilian laws.” This Tuesday, it reported that “everything has been definitively resolved and our platform will be fully online and our games will be available again.”

THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by art. 55, section I, of Annex 1 of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1º To authorize the following legal entity to explore the fixed-odds lottery modality, under the terms of Laws No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, of the Ordinances issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bettings and based on the information contained in SIGAP process No. 0056/2024:
