GMB - What was it like to participate in another edition of BiS SiGMA Americas?
Fellipe Fraga – It’s really cool! EstrelaBet has been at BiS since the first edition, back in 2021. We are already participating for the fifth time, and it makes me proud to see how much the sector has grown. I remember the first event, in a small space in the JK building. Now, we are at Transamérica Expo, with over 8,000 m² of fair space — it’s wonderful. We know that we are contributing to this. We are helping to build a serious, regulated, growing market that is attracting international companies to Brazil. This generates business, development and growth.
What are the new features that EstrelaBet has brought to the event and to Brazil in 2025?
We are launching the “Efeito Estrela” campaign, to show that we are a technology company, with ambition, restlessness and a focus on innovation. The idea is to deliver the product faster, more fluid and more fun to the user.
And the big highlight is the application of artificial intelligence on Estrela’s website. It analyzes player behavior and suggests casinos according to each one’s profile and preferences. We want entertainment to be easy, enjoyable and, above all, personalized.

In addition to the campaign, what were EstrelaBet’s goals at BiS SiGMA Americas?
To show our identity as a tech company and seek new technology partnerships. We are always on the lookout for solutions that can be integrated into our ecosystem and that help to further improve our users’ experience. In 2025, we want to introduce constant innovations so that our website is a comfortable and fun environment for the public.
How important are strategic alliances in the current regulated scenario?
These alliances are fundamental. The entire ecosystem — operators, providers, payment platforms and technology — needs to be aligned with the same goal: to make the regulated market work, reinforce informality and offer a fluid experience to the customer.
The beginning of regulation brought some natural attributes, such as new criteria for the user. But, with the sector united, we were able to deliver better solutions and make the betting journey healthier, with a focus on responsible gaming.

How are artificial intelligence and other technologies helping the sector evolve?
AI is challenging us — in the best way. We implemented a feature on our website that identifies whether the player prefers slots, roulette, crash games, etc., and then recommends games based on this behavior. In addition, it also presents new options to encourage users to explore the catalog.
Finding these solutions here at the fair is great. The relationship with technology partners helps us think about the next steps. EstrelaBet is increasingly a tech company.
Do you believe in the convergence of iGaming, sports betting and digital entertainment?
Definitely. The regulation will facilitate partnerships with technology giants — such as Google, Apple, Meta and Amazon — who are starting to see our industry not only as customers, but as partners. This can generate innovative advances in technology and also in areas such as customer relations.
This integration can even influence other sectors, such as banking. Even with different influences — one returning to entertainment and the other to finance — the user's technological journey can be similar.

How was the Q1 of 2025 for EstrelaBet?
It was requested, as expected. The regulation brought changes and frictions in the customer experience, but our numbers came in above expectations. The Brazilian public is returning, and we are confident that 2025 will be a very positive year.
What are EstrelaBet's plans for the rest of the year?
Continuous, non-stop growth. We are even considering opening new branches. The focus is to continue innovating, delivering more technology and better experiences for our customers.
