Loterj is building a new chapter in the history of lotteries in Rio de Janeiro, with the opening of an official channel to receive technical, operational or regulatory suggestions involving the exploration of lottery modalities via physical equipment such as VLTs (video lotteries), POS, terminals, totems, among other solutions.
They will be used for the commercial exploration of lottery products authorized by Loterj in Rio de Janeiro. The initiative reaffirms its commitment to transparency, innovation and collaboration.

Loterj also created an Internal Commission, through Ordinance No. 666/2025, published in the Official Gazette (3/4), to carry out research and studies on the requirements and requisites necessary to carry out the Proof of Concept (PoC) of this equipment.
The Commission has already carried out technical visits to Loteria Mineira (LEMG), in Belo Horizonte, and to Lotep, in Paraíba, to exchange experiences and carry out benchmarking between the institutions.
