On his first visit to Brazil during BiS SiGMA Americas 2025, Ian Oven, Key Account Manager at Timeless Tech, spoke exclusively with GMB about the company’s plans for the domestic market, the importance of strategic partnerships and the role of technology — especially AI — in personalizing the player experience. “We want to help our partners reduce costs, increase revenue and transform challenges into real growth opportunities,” said Ian.

GMB – How was BiS SiGMA Americas for the company?
Ian Oven
– It was great! As always, the team organized an excellent event. It’s always great to meet colleagues in person — in 15 minutes face to face I can resolve more than I would in a week on a computer. This was my first visit to Brazil. It was a long flight, I’m still a little jet lag, but we survived!

What new features did Timeless Tech bring to the event?
In fact, this time it’s not about launching anything new. Our focus is to show how our aggregator can make a difference in the newly regulated Brazilian market.

With the increasing tax burden and fierce competition, we are here to present our promotional tools — such as tournaments, jackpots and retention mechanisms like Game of Slots. They help operators reduce costs and, at the same time, increase revenue. Our goal is to turn challenges into opportunities.

 



In your opinion, how can partnerships between operators, providers and payment companies help the Brazilian market grow?
I believe these partnerships are essential. As aggregators, we act as a bridge — but not to get in the way. We value transparency and encourage direct communication between operators and providers.

Nowadays, it’s not enough to just resell content. We are involved operationally and technically to ensure that everything works well on both sides.

How is Timeless Tech working with new technologies like artificial intelligence?
AI is truly transformative. With deeper insights into player behavior, we can offer a more personalized experience.

We can create smarter promotions, more relevant game suggestions, and build a data-driven ecosystem that benefits both players and operators.

Do you believe that iGaming, sports betting, and digital entertainment will come together in the future?
Absolutely. We already see communities growing in sports betting with the support of tipsters, and in iGaming with streamers and influencers. With the easy access to platforms nowadays, I believe the future is bright.

 



How has 2025 started for Timeless Tech? Can you give us an overview of the first quarter?
It was a strong start to the year. We made great strides, such as establishing a local entity in Brazil. We are also about to finalize everything to start operating in Peru.

To use a metaphor: we now have the oranges — and we need to make sure we get the juice. The goal is to be more present locally and help our customers grow, so that we can grow together.

What are Timeless Tech's plans for Brazil this year? Continue expanding our local presence. We are already hiring Brazilian professionals, local people, to be able to work better and serve the local market.
