Kaizen Gaming seeks talent from Brazil to train the gametech leaders of the future

Kaizen Gaming, one of the largest gametechs in the world and owner of Betano, a sports betting and online gaming brand, launches The ‘Playmakers: Commercial Talent Programme’, a global development trainee initiative to attract talent from Brazil, Argentina, Portugal and Greece. The programme offers an opportunity for accelerated development, with the aim of preparing the next generation of professionals in the online gaming industry.

Throughout the programme, the playmakers, as the participants are called, will accelerate their careers by working on real projects in areas such as Marketing, CRM and Commercial, including up to two international experiences in strategic locations around the world.

Participants will begin their 24-month journey at Kaizen Gaming's headquarters in Athens, Greece, where they will be based, with opportunities for international experiences at the company's offices.

Participants’ experience and growth will be driven by structured training, ongoing development, and dedicated mentoring from senior leaders in Kaizen Gaming’s Commercial area.

Who is Kaizen Gaming looking for?

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field, as well as one to three years of relevant professional experience or high-impact internships. A Master’s or MBA degree is considered an advantage. Fluency in English is required, as well as proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
