Reals' new HR Head was a finalist in the “Most Admired CEOs and HRs” award of 2024, at an event promoted by Grupo Gestão RH. “We believe that a company’s success is directly linked to its ability to extract the best from its employees, in a healthy environment that stimulates growth. Giorgia has a humanized leadership style that is capable of generating engagement and positive results. As a serious, regulated company, we value professionalism and her arrival will be fundamental to our organizational strategy,” points out Hilton Andrade, CFO of Reals.
“I am happy with this new challenge in my career, at a giant in the online betting and gaming sector. I have already played a decisive role in Change Management projects, implementation of succession programs, culture of meritocracy, ESG, diversity and well-being. I am passionate about training people who train other people and my purpose is to ‘Transform people who transform generations’. I am sure that we will do a great job in a segment that is increasingly consolidating itself in Brazil and around the world,” adds Giorgia Kasat.
In full growth, the company is in the process of hiring approximately 1,500 employees and should soon move to its new 6,000 m² headquarters in São Paulo.
Regulated by the Federal Government to operate in the country, Reals became the first Brazilian company in the betting sector to sponsor a European giant. In April, the company closed an unprecedented agreement with AC Milan and became the club's Official Regional Betting Partner in Latin America.
The betting platform is also present in Brazilian football with the master sponsorship of Coritiba Foot Ball Club. The institution also has presenter Rodrigo Faro as its main brand ambassador, in addition to other names such as Ítalo Sena, Edu Primitivo and Gabi Nery.
With a rating of 9.5, the company is one of the leaders in the ranking of regularized betting houses in Brazil developed by the Reclame AQUI platform.
Reals operates within the new regulations of the sector, in compliance with federal legislation implemented in 2025, reinforcing its commitment to the best practices in the market. The company is committed to a sustainable growth model based on innovation, strategic partnerships and sports engagement.
This solid positioning has driven Reals' rapid growth in Brazil. In 2023, the company was recognized globally by receiving the 'Rising Star of the Year' award, granted by SiGMA World. The following year, it consolidated its leadership by being elected "Best Sports Betting Operator" in Brazil at the SiGMA awards, reinforcing its upward trajectory in the sector.
