Continuing its process of analyzing license requests to operate iGaming in Brazil, the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance published Ordinance 1.055/2025 this Thursday (15), authorizing Sportvip Group International Apostas Ltda to operate in Brazil.
The license is valid until May 13, 2030 and includes the brands EsportivaVip, CBesportes and DonosDaBola, which may operate with sports betting and online games in physical and virtual formats together.

Authorizes the legal entity mentioned to explore the lottery modality of fixed-odds betting.
THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by art. 55, section I, of Annex 1 of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1º To authorize the following legal entity to explore the fixed-odds lottery betting modality, under the terms of Laws No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, of the Ordinances issued by the Prizes and Betting Secretariat and based on the information contained in SIGAP process No. 0065/2024:

- CNPJ: 56.257.966/0001-63
- Brands: ESPORTIVAVIP, CBESPORTES and DONOSDABOLA

Art. 2º This Ordinance shall come into force on the date of publication.
