Virginia appeared last Tuesday (13), while Rico spoke to the commission on Wednesday (14). Both have authorization from the Supreme Federal Court (STF) to remain silent in questions that could incriminate them, but their presence is still mandatory, since they are heard as witnesses and not as investigated.
Former BBB and lawyer Adélia de Jesus also had a scheduled testimony, but was dismissed after obtaining a habeas corpus from the STF. Even so, the CPI still wants to hear her personally about her relationship with the company Playflow, linked to the processing of betting payments.
The testimony of one of the lawyers of the influencer Deolane Bezerra was also scheduled for this Wednesday. She refused to go to the CPI previously and would be coercively taken to the collegiate, however, she received a habeas corpus from the STF on Monday, the 12th, releasing her from appearing.
Adélia has already testified once, via video call, to the CPI of 'Bets', but the senators want to hear her again about her relationship with the company Playflow Processadora de Pagamentos.
In addition to these names, several other influencers are on the list of summons or invitations of the commission:
-Solange Alves Bezerra, mother of the influencer and lawyer Deolane Bezerra;
-Nivaldo Batista Lima, poster boy for VaideBet known as Gusttavo Lima;
-Deolane Bezerra dos Santos, digital influencer, as a witness;
-Vitória di Felice Moraes, former BBB and digital influencer known as Viih Tube;
-Eliezer do Carmo, influencer and former BBB;
-Rodrigo Mussi, digital influencer and former BBB;
-Pâmela de Souza Drudi, Fernando Oliveira Lima's wife (known as Fernandim do Tigrinho), influencer and ambassador of 7K;
-Luan Kovarik (Jon Vlogs), digital influencer and creator of JonBet;
-Gessica Kayane Rocha de Vasconcelos, actress and influencer known as Gkay;
-Jordana Gleise de Jesus Menezes, singer and influencer known as Jojo Todynho;
-Wesley Oliveira da Silva, singer known as Wesley Safadão;
-Everson de Brito Silva, comedian known as Tirulipa;
-Felipe Neto, digital influencer;
-Felipe Prior, digital influencer and former BBB;
-Giliard Vidal dos Santos, digital influencer and son of Deolane Bezerra;
-Mayk Santos de Souza, digital influencer
Most of the summons and invitations above were approved at the beginning of the commission, in November of last year. The scheduling of the hearings can occur at any time during the investigations. In the case of influencer Virginia Fonseca, for example, the summons was approved last year, and the scheduling was only made at the beginning of May of this year.
The CPI of 'Bets' was created in November 2024 and was extended until mid-June 2025. Its purpose is to investigate the growing influence of online gambling, whether there is money laundering by criminal organizations, in addition to the disclosure relationship of digital influencers.
