
Aimed at ‘torcedores carvoeiros’ (Criciúma supporters), the initiative highlights the link between the brand and the club’s history. Each of the 78 jerseys echoes kits worn in landmark moments and was given to the first fans who attended the event and proved they are already EstrelaBet customers.
“We’re now in the third year of our partnership with Criciúma and have had the honor of witnessing memorable achievements, such as the club’s return to Série A and the 2023 and 2024 Campeonato Catarinense titles. Among the jerseys revisited was the first kit launched with EstrelaBet’s sponsorship in 2023—vertical yellow-and-black stripes, nicknamed “Peñarol” for its resemblance to the Uruguayan club’s uniform. That design became the best-selling shirt in Criciúma’s history.
Other iconic kits included in the tribute:
* The blue shirt from the Comerciário era—the club’s original name
* The strip that defined the 1990s, Criciúma’s golden decade
* The jersey worn during the 2002 Série B championship run
* The 2023 kit celebrated for securing promotion back to Série A
“We chose these uniforms to honor fans’ shared memories and to celebrate the club’s major milestones through the decades,” Fernandes added.
