More than just complying with the legislation, the Grupo H2 has invested in internal programs aimed at the physical, emotional and social health of its employees. According to the Human Resources Director, Fabiana Miranda, the focus is to implement a quality of life program that addresses different dimensions.
One example is the Universidade H2, which offers free language courses, undergraduate and graduate degrees to employees. The company has also implemented the Total Pass, which provides access to several gyms.
The next step is to establish a partnership with a psychological care platform, offering therapy sessions. The HR team is planning other initiatives, including programs focused on nutrition, sports, and leisure.

“We understand that caring for people goes beyond compliance with regulations, which is why we have been building an environment where employees feel even more valued since last year. This is the culture of the Grupo H2, and the new NR1 merely formalizes what we already practice internally,” says Fabiana Miranda.
With almost two decades of history, the Grupo H2 led the legalization of poker in Brazil, now recognized as a mind sport. At the end of 2022, it launched H2bet, its online sports betting and gaming operation, which is already regularized with the Federal Government. With the company's growth, the number of employees has tripled in about two years.
“The increase in staff was a major challenge for our department and directly reflects the environment we are building. We want to go beyond the basics, with the commitment to make Grupo H2 a company where people want to work. We are always looking for improvements to make us even more attractive in the market,” adds the director.
Currently, Grupo H2 has three physical clubs: H2 Sports Bar & Poker in São Paulo, Campinas and Curitiba. The company also has a strong presence in digital poker and H2bet, headquartered in the west zone of the capital of São Paulo.
