Weebet strengthens its team with the arrival of Fabiano Braga as Head of Support

With over two decades of experience in operational management in the iGaming sector, the executive arrives to lead the support team alongside Manuela Lemos, Head of Customer Success.

Alongside Manuela Lemos, current Head of Customer Success, Fabiano takes on the mission of leading an area that is fundamental to the good performance of online betting and casino operations, especially in the context of Brazilian regulations that require technical compliance and agile and humanized service.

I joined Weebet as a result of a recent desire to work on a bigger challenge at this stage of my career. Now, the time has come to join the company directly,” said Fabiano Braga.

With over 20 years of experience in operational management, Fabiano built his career in sports betting and online casino companies, with a strong presence in the areas of user service, operational security, risk analysis and process development.

His expertise also includes leadership in casino verticals, ombudsman and customer care strategies; essential experience for the current context of iGaming in Brazil, which is undergoing a transition from an international environment to national regulation.

The professional also pointed out: “It is a good challenge to lead the support team, after all, I have been on the other side, as an operator. This gives me a very clear view of the real needs of customers. With the constant updates that Weebet is implementing, I see that we have the chance to consolidate a leadership position in the market by bringing even more efficiency to service.”
