EstrelaBet strengthens executive team with new Head of People and Culture

EstrelaBet, the largest Brazilian gamingtech, continues to strengthen its executive team with the arrival of Alessandra Nogueira as its new Head of People and Culture. With over 20 years of experience in companies such as Mercado Bitcoin, Dattos, Estadão, Alelo, Vivo and Santander, the executive has a solid track record in corporate environments with different profiles. Alessandra will report directly to CEO João Gerçossimo.

The hiring is part of EstrelaBet's strategy to consolidate its People Management area with a focus on strengthening the organizational culture and developing talent, at a time of accelerated expansion in the regulated market. “Alessandra's arrival reinforces our commitment to valuing people at a time of growth and consolidation in the sector,” says João Gerçossimo, CEO of EstrelaBet.

“She combines strategic vision with in-depth knowledge of people management. Her experience will be essential to strengthen an even more engaged culture for our more than 300 employees, aligned with our values and prepared for the challenges of the market.

A specialist in organizational development, culture and talent management, Alessandra takes on the mission of leading the People and Culture area with a people-centered approach and aligned with EstrelaBet's strategic goals.

Throughout her career, she has led organizational and structural transformations focused on sustainable growth, talent appreciation and performance. Among the projects she has coordinated are the structuring of HR areas, implementation of performance evaluation models, integrated compensation and benefits programs, development paths and climate and engagement projects.

In addition, she worked on the implementation of agile structures and methodologies and the construction and strengthening of a culture of AI use.

A psychologist graduated from UnG (Universidade Guarulhos), Alessandra has an MBA in Human Resources from FIA Business School, as well as specializations in Digital Transformation from Digital House Brasil and Design Thinking from Echos Desirable Futures. She is a Coach graduated from the Latin American Coaching Society and a Certified Specialist in Training Results Measurement from Kirkpatrick Partners.
