“SOFTSWISS has established itself in Brazil with products, innovation, credibility and technology"

SOFTSWISS reinforces its consolidation in Brazil and LatAm as one of the main suppliers of technology for iGaming. In an exclusive interview with GMB, its Business Development Manager (Latin America), Carla Dualib, highlighted the relevance of regulation, the role of strategic alliances and the differentials that position the brand among the leaders in the sector. With innovation, credibility and technology, SOFTSWISS celebrated 15 years of history and is committed to continued growth in Brazil.

 

SOFTSWISS celebrated in April its 15th anniversary with Young Fest, a four-day immersive event that brought together more than 2,000 employees from 30 countries on the Mediterranean coast.

Combining celebration, learning and integration, the festival reinforced the company’s culture of innovation and human connection in a hybrid work environment. The initiative highlighted the value of face-to-face relationships and reaffirmed SOFTSWISS’s commitment to its global talent.
 


GMB - What innovations did SOFTSWISS bring to BiS SiGMA?

SOFTSWISS always brings news, especially in technology and innovation. We had certifications for our Game Aggregator and our Jackpot Aggregator, both for Brazil and Peru, which opens many doors and business opportunities for us in Brazil.

Did you like BiS SiGMA Americas? Did you find anything different this year?
It was incredible, as always. The event organization, led by Carlos Cardama and Alessandro Valente, has grown every year. Those who have attended the fair in recent years have noticed this growth, not only of the event, but also of the Brazilian market. With the regulation, the market is becoming increasingly larger, isn't that true?
 


What were SOFTSWISS's plans for the event, specifically?
We are already well established here in Brazil, gaining more and more space in our great Brazil and in Latin America. With our products, credibility, innovation and technology, not only in Brazil, but also in Africa and throughout Latin America, we are growing a lot. And, with the regulation, this is a consolidated fact.

What is the role of strategic alliances between operators, providers and payment companies for the success of the iGaming market in Brazil?
In the regulated market, collaboration between operators, providers and payment companies is fundamental for the success of this regulated environment that we are experiencing in Brazil.

And regarding new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, we know that SOFTSWISS works a lot with this. What can you tell us?
Artificial intelligence is already integrated into our technology and is of fundamental importance, especially with regard to responsible gaming.

This is a major concern for us, as SOFTSWISS, as we are fully aligned with integrity and responsible gaming in the regulated market in Brazil.

 



Can you give us a brief assessment of the first quarter for SOFTSWISS this year in Brazil?
The beginning of 2025 was incredible. We celebrated 15 years of SOFTSWISS and we did it in style, with our non-executive director, Rubinho Barrichello, continuing to be part of our team. And he is not just symbolic, but actively participating in the development of our technologies and products.

We continue to grow a lot in Brazil, Latin America and Africa. Our plans are ambitious, and we know that the growth prospects in the regulated market are huge. And our plans are just as big!
