The license of 7MBR Ltda., owner of the brands Cbet, Verbet and Fanbit, was suspended in early April for not having presented the technical certificates and betting system, sports betting, remote game server (RGS) and integration, issued by a certifying entity accredited by SPA-MF.
Eleven days later, after presenting the missing documents, the company had its definitive license issued for its three brands, however valid only for the operation of sports betting.
On Wednesday (7), the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting published Ordinance 975, which expands the scope of the license, authorizing the company to also offer online games.

Amends the segment established in SPA/MF Ordinance No. 844, of April 17, 2025, based on the updated information contained in SIGAP process No. 0056/2024.
THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by art. 55, section I, of Annex 1 of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756, of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790, of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1º The segment established in Ordinance SPA/MF No. 844, of April 17, 2025, shall come into force with the following change: "- Segments: sports theme and online games together"
Art. 2º This Ordinance shall come into force on the date of publication.
