Over the past six months, galera.bet has maintained a rating of 9.5 on ‘Reclame AQUI’ and has earned the prestigious RA1000 Seal for seven consecutive months. According to public evaluations published by ‘Reclame AQUI’ itself, the company also ranks among the top five betting platforms in the country.
For galera.bet, this recognition is a direct result of the joint efforts of its Customer Service and Ombudsman departments, which are dedicated to listening, responding, and resolving players' issues with empathy, ethics, and efficiency. In the company’s view, the award also reflects both the trust of its users and the engagement and competence of its entire team.
“The Ombudsman and Customer Service departments reaffirm their ongoing commitment to providing increasingly humane, transparent service aligned with the principles of Responsible Gaming. Being part of this award is an important step toward consolidating a more ethical, regulated betting market centered on respect for individuals,” the company said in an official statement.
Marcos Sabiá, CEO of galera.bet, celebrated the nomination: “This recognition highlights the quality of the relationship we’ve built with our players and reinforces galera.bet’s commitment to developing a serious and responsible betting industry in Brazil.”
The finalists were announced last Tuesday (June 10) via a live broadcast on ‘Reclame AQUI’’s YouTube channel. The winner will be chosen through a popular vote, which opens in September, and will be revealed during a ceremony scheduled for December.
A sponsor of Ferroviária’s women’s football team, a historic name in the sport, galera.bet has also been an official backer of the São Paulo Carnival since 2023. In the betting industry, the company is at the forefront of discussions on the regulation of sports betting in Brazil and the promotion of Responsible Gaming.
Previously, galera.bet organized the 1st Forum on Awareness and Protection of Online Bettors, held last year in São Paulo. Additionally, it was the only Brazilian online betting operator to participate in a conference organized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and UEFA, which addressed the impact of match-fixing on sports.
