The company plans to hire up to 1,500 employees to work at its new 6,000 m² headquarters in Alphaville (SP), which is already in operation.
A national leader in management solutions, Senior will provide Reals with a broad package of services available in the ERP, in addition to HCM tools. Among them, Payroll, which supports people management and performs the digital processing of millions of payment records in the country.
Hilton Andrade, CFO of Reals, states that quotes were made with several ERP suppliers to support the growth of the company, which is regulated by the Federal Government.
“Senior demonstrated the best capacity and commitment to adapt to the fixed-odds betting segment,” he highlights.
The agreement aims to ensure compliance, operational efficiency and agility in Reals’ internal processes. “We were looking for an ERP that would meet our demand for scalability, without losing the ability to customize for our sector. We believe that the automation of processes, with Senior, will be the great turning point in structuring internal controls, supporting our strategic growth plan,” adds the executive.
According to Senior Sistemas, after integrating systems such as the company’s ERP, a pioneer in the use of AI in management systems in Brazil, and HCM solutions, Reals will be able to mitigate errors, reduce repetitive and operational tasks and ensure compliance with legislation.
At the same time, the adhesion may improve the company’s service to its employees. Furthermore, the automation of internal processes will allow Reals to focus more on its expansion and the sustainable growth of its customer base.
