Reals keeps RA 1000 seal for 12 consecutive months, competes for the ‘2025 Reclame AQUI’ award

The betting house that sponsors Milan and Coritiba, Reals has been collecting positive numbers on the ‘Reclame Aqui’ platform, the largest in the field of solutions between consumers and companies in Latin America. The brand has maintained the ‘RA 1000’ for 12 consecutive months, a seal that is only obtained by those that demonstrate a high standard of customer service. More than 95% of customers served would do business with the brand again.

Over the past year, Reals resolved 97.3% of the requests received, with an average score of 9.29 in consumer evaluations. In addition, 95.8% of evaluators said they would do business with the company again.

The good performance allowed Reals to be nominated for the ‘2025 Reclame AQUI’ award in the “National Betting Houses - Large Operations” category. The award has been held for 15 years and the people who have been served and interacted with the brands evaluate, vote and choose the winners.
