The company submitted all required documentation to the Secretariat, confirming the technical certification of its systems by an entity recognized by the authority — in this case, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).
As a result, it was officially removed from the list of operators temporarily suspended for regulatory non-compliance.
According to the SPA, an administrative sanctioning process had been initiated due to the company’s failure to meet the 90-day deadline for submitting the technical report, as established by Ordinance No. 722/2024.
The regulation mandates that operators must demonstrate compliance with the technical supervision and monitoring requirements outlined in Annex IV, under penalty of suspension.
However, the precautionary measure against BETESPORTE APOSTAS ON LINE LTDA has now been officially reversed.
The status of the brands BETESPORTE and LANCE DE SORTE was also updated in the new list published by the SPA this Wednesday (June 4), with retroactive effect to the date of the suspension’s exclusion.
Despite BETESPORTE’s regularization, one company remains under sanction and is still prohibited from operating in Brazil: Bell Ventures Digital Ltda (BandBet), operator of the website “bandbet.bet.br”.
