The survey shows that the volume of bets begins to grow from noon onwards, reaching an increase of 908.7% at 7 pm in March in relation to the lowest index of the day, recorded at 7 am. In April, the peak was at 6 pm, with an even more significant increase: 1,235% above the same time of least activity.
The public's behavior follows the schedule of the main national and international championships, showing that betting has become part of the nighttime routine of Brazilians, as well as the use of social networks and streaming services. The times of lowest engagement occur between 1 am and 9 am.
The report provides strategic data to operators, indicating the importance of reinforcing promotional actions and service precisely during the period of highest traffic.
Significant growth during peak hours
The study confirms that the growth in transactions during peak hours is significant. In March, at 7 pm, the volume exceeded by 908.7% the one recorded at 7 am. The following month, the peak time was brought forward to 6 pm, with a jump of 1,235% compared to early morning.
“This data helps us understand how Brazilians relate to online entertainment. Betting has become a digital habit with a defined time, especially in the early evening”, says Leonardo Baptista, CEO and co-founder of Pay4Fun.
In addition to the sports calendar, this is also the time when platforms intensify promotional campaigns, taking advantage of the natural increase in user traffic at the end of the day. The survey also shows that the growth in transaction volume intensifies throughout the afternoon, starting at 12 p.m.
