Signed by the Secretary of Prizes and Betting, Regis Dudena, ordinances 1,423 and 1,426 authorize the change of the brands initially presented to SPA when requesting a license to operate sports betting and online gaming in Brazil. The two companies updated their brands in Sigap and hence the publication of the new ordinances.
Ordinance 1,423
Amends the trademark established in Ordinance SPA/MF No. 319, of February 17, 2025, based on the updated information contained in SIGAP process No. 0010/2024:
Art. 1º The trademarks established in Ordinance SPA/MF No. 319, of February 17, 2025, shall come into effect with the following change:
"Trademarks: F12.BET, LUVA.BET and BRASIL.BET"
Ordinance 1,426
Amends the trademark established in Ordinance SPA/MF No. 258, of February 7, 2025, based on the updated information contained in SIGAP process No. 0037/2024.
Art. 1º The trademarks established in Ordinance SPA/MF No. 258, of February 7, 2025, shall come into force with the following change:
"Trademarks: TIGER.BET, PQ777 and 5G"
In the case of Ordinance 1,426, the SPA not only changed the trademark established by Betspeed Ltda., but also added two new domains to the license. Previously, the company had only presented Betspeed to the SPA. Now, there are three authorized trademarks, Tiger PQ777 and 5G.
