Betano strengthens marketing leadership and targets expansion in the Americas

Betano, one of Brazil's largest online sports betting and entertainment companies, announces strategic changes to its marketing structure. Arthur Niggemann, who previously served as marketing manager in Brazil, will now lead the division in the Americas, including Latin America and Canada. The Brazilian operation will be led by Raquel Arruda, the new Head of Marketing in Brazil and a recent arrival at the company.

Arthur played a decisive role in consolidating the brand in Brazil, leading high-impact campaigns, such as those recently launched for the Casino and Sports Betting verticals, as well as the "Confia" concept, strengthening the company's local positioning.

In his new role, he will be responsible for supporting Betano's expansion and presence in other markets, with localized branding strategies.

"We had a steep learning curve to develop an emotional connection with Brazilian users. Now, the challenge is to bring this learning and sensitivity to other countries, respecting their cultural and sporting particularities," says Arthur Niggemann.

With Raquel's arrival, the Brazilian operation gains a leader with extensive experience in brand building, digital influence, and campaigns with strong cultural appeal.

The executive has worked at companies such as SHEIN, 99, and Claro, with a track record of accelerated growth strategies and intelligent use of data.

Marketing here needs to be more than visibility; it must generate connection, responsibility, and real value.
