The Análise Executivos Yearbook highlights leaders who stand out in the legal, financial, and compliance areas throughout Brazil, based on the opinion of thousands of professionals from companies across the country.
Currently at DF Digital, Beatriz serves as Head of Legal and Compliance, working in partnership with digital influencer Daniel Fortune, who focuses on responsible gambling initiatives. She is also a compliance professor at LEC School (Legal, Ethics and Compliance).
Previously representing Reals, her nomination made history: she is the first woman — in fact, the first person — to represent a betting company in the ranking. This not only underscores her brilliant career but also paves the way and breaks barriers for female participation in the gaming market.
In an interview, Beatriz Gimenez Costa expressed her joy at the recognition: “This is the third year I’ve received the award. The previous two times, I was honored while working in a waste management company. She also emphasized the value of being acknowledged by her peers: “This award is amazing because it's your peers — compliance executives from other companies — who vote for the winners. In 2025, I placed fourth, and the year before I was third. Even after transitioning to the betting sector, I was able to maintain a strong position.”
For Beatriz, this recognition confirms her current mission in the market: “This shows I’m where I’m supposed to be, because I believe what’s most important today is for the betting industry to have professionals committed to Responsible Gaming, willing to study and work hard to build a fairer, safer, and healthier sector.”
