The regulation includes LOTTUBET in Ordinance 136 of January 2025, which authorized Esportes Gaming Brasil to operate the Esportes da Sorte and Onabet brands in Brazil. The three brands can operate sports betting and online gaming jointly, both online and offline.

Amends the trademark established in SPA/MF Ordinance No. 136, of January 22, 2025,
in accordance with a court decision issued in a confidential judicial proceeding,
according to SEI process No. 19995.000272/2025-49
THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon him by Article 55, Section I, of Annex 1 of Decree No. 11,907 of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756 of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790 of December 29, 2023, resolves
Art. 1. The trademarks established in SPA/MF Ordinance No. 136 of January 22, 2025, shall come into effect with the following change:
"Trademarks: ESPORTES DA SORTE, ONABET, and LOTTUBET"
Art. 2. This Ordinance shall come into effect on the date of publication.
