The purpose of the agreement is to develop a technological solution that enables the regulatory body (Secretariat of Prizes and Betting - SPA) to carry out regulatory, authorization, inspection and sanctioning actions against fixed-odds betting operators.
It is based on laws 13,756 and 14,790 and in accordance with regulations issued by the SPA, as per specifications established in the Work Plan.
The Extract specifies that there will be no voluntary transfer of financial resources between the participants for the execution of the Technical Cooperation Agreement.
The expenses necessary for the full achievement of the agreed purpose, such as: personnel, travel, communication between the bodies and others that may be necessary, will be covered by the specific allocations contained in the participants' budgets.
The services arising from the agreement will be provided under a mutual cooperation regime, and the participants will not be entitled to any remuneration for them.
The Technical Cooperation Agreement will be valid for 18 (eighteen) months from its signature.
