BPX Group strengthens internal culture with employee appreciation and development initiatives

Behind three of Brazil's leading sports betting and online gaming brands—Vaidebet, Obabet, and Betpix365—is a structure that goes beyond operations. BPX Group, responsible for thsoe betting sites, ended the first half of 2025 with a series of internal initiatives focused on human development, technical training, and employee well-being.

During the first months of the year, the group promoted several initiatives that reinforced its culture of integration, appreciation, and collective awareness in the workplace. One of the highlights was the lecture led by Daniel Sitônio, the group’s Legal Director and President of the Special Commission on Gaming Law, Betting, and Responsible Gambling at the OAB/PB. He addressed the challenges of advertising in the betting sector and also spoke about fostering healthy relationships in the professional environment.

Another notable moment was the emotional intelligence training conducted by a psychology professional, reinforcing the group’s commitment to mental health in daily corporate life.

“We strongly believe that an employee who feels integrated into the company and understands every step and decision of the brands we operate will reflect that positively in their daily work. We want people to feel safe in our corporate environment, and that is why we strive to plan and execute each initiative like this one,” emphasizes Aislla Rocha, co-CEO of the BPX Group.

To celebrate Labor Day, the group organized a special event with interactive activities, reinforcing the importance of lightheartedness and team connection. Another highlight was the “Conversation with HR” project, an open space created for employees to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute suggestions to improve the work environment.

The partnership with the Brazilian Company for Compulsive Support (EBAC) deepened, focusing on Responsible Gambling, including strategic meetings to discuss the challenges of industry regulation and how these impacts should be understood by the entire team.

For the second half of the year, the group has already announced new internal initiatives. Still in July, employees will participate in events focused on customer experience, with practical approaches to using artificial intelligence and data analysis as tools to enhance deliveries and decision-making.

“We believe it is the company’s duty to provide tools and information to employees so that we can always meet consumer and market expectations,” concludes Aislla Rocha.

In addition to internal recognition, it is worth noting that the brands Vaidebet, Obabet, and Betpix365 were nominated for the 2025 Reclame AQUI Award, reinforcing their commitment to excellence in customer service.

Externally, Vaidebet has just celebrated its sponsorship of Expocrato 2025, featuring a performance by singer Belo at the largest festival in the countryside of Ceará.

Vaidebet also supported local culture by sponsoring the June festivals celebrating São João in Maceió (AL), Mossoró (RN), Patos (PB), and Valença (BA).
