The leadership of the Vibra Group will now be in the hands of Werter Luna, who was previously CEO of TSA in Brazil. Following the merger between the two companies, Ramiro felt it was time, in his words, "to make room for new leadership that can bring a fresh perspective and energy to the role."
Over these five years, Ramiro Atucha transformed a small game developer and aggregator into a comprehensive company in the iGaming and VLT sectors. Under his leadership, Vibra Gaming became one of the most relevant players in the regulated gaming industry across Latin America.
In addition to entering various important markets, the brand achieved GLI certification for all its technologies and obtained ISO 27001 accreditation for all its processes, enabling entry into regulated markets such as Argentina, Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, and Costa Rica as a platform, VLT, content, and aggregation provider.
In his heartfelt message, Atucha assures: “I will remain close to the company as a shareholder, strategic advisor, and the number 1 fan of the brand. After 20 years in this wonderful industry, I feel there is still much more to come. See you at the next event!”

Dear friends and colleagues,
With mixed emotions, I want to share that the time has come to close a very special chapter: I am stepping down as CEO of Vibra Gaming, the company I co-founded and led for the past five years, to make way for new leadership that brings a fresh perspective and energy to the role.
These five years have been intense and rewarding. Those who worked alongside me know the commitment, effort, and passion I dedicated to building Vibra from the very beginning.
From day one, our goal was clear: to become a relevant player in the regulated iGaming markets of Latin America, combining local expertise with international standards. We started as a game studio and aggregator and expanded into a full casino platform and VLT provider. Along the way, we achieved GLI certifications for our technologies and ISO 27001 for our processes, enabling us to access regulated markets such as Argentina, Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay, and Costa Rica as platform, VLT, content, and aggregation providers.
After careful discussions with my partners, I felt it was time to make space for new leadership while continuing to support Vibra's broader mission.
From the beginning, we worked closely with TSA in Brazil, culminating in a merger this year. Werter Luna, CEO of TSA, has been an essential collaborator on major Vibra projects and is fully prepared to lead this new phase. With over 25 years of experience developing technology and platforms for the banking, healthcare, and gaming sectors, along with deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, Werter is the right choice at the right time.
I will remain close to the company as a shareholder, strategic advisor, and number 1 fan of the brand.
These five years have brought me achievements and many lessons. I am proud of the awards we’ve won, the recognition from our peers, the mentions in industry influencer rankings, and the space we’ve earned at the main conferences and panels in the sector.
To the entire Vibra team, partners, investors, and clients: thank you very much for your trust and for sharing this journey. It was an honor.
After 20 years in this wonderful industry, I feel there is still much more to come. See you at the next event!
Ramiro Atucha
