In 2024, Vaidebet was the winner of the “Large Operations” category, securing 25.3% of the votes among ten nominees. This year, BPX Group hopes to repeat the achievement but is already celebrating the recognition of having all three brands shortlisted for the award that honors companies delivering top-tier customer support.
Vaidebet, Obabet, and Betpix365 have all held the prestigious RA1000 seal from 'Reclame AQUI' for the past 12 months, a mark that certifies the group’s high level of customer service.
“Having our three operations nominated for the 'Reclame AQUI' awards is a great source of pride for us and a sign that we’re moving in the right direction,” said Aislla Rocha, Co-CEO of BPX Group. “Last year, we celebrated Vaidebet’s win, and we hope to experience similar joy again this year.”
Rocha also emphasized that the nominations are the result of internal initiatives aimed at employee development, technical training, and consumer service excellence.
“These practices have been part of BPX for years but were intensified in 2025. Just this year, we’ve implemented several initiatives to reinforce a culture of integration and collective awareness in the workplace, including mental health talks, interactive team-building dynamics, and various cross-departmental events.”

Public voting for the 2025 'Reclame AQUI' awards will take place from September 1 to October 31 via the official award website. As in 2024, the winners will be announced during the awards ceremony in early December.
