Of the total funds collected, 10% will be invested in cancer treatment programs within the state. Another 5% will go to APAEs (Associations of Parents and Friends of the Exceptional) and similar organizations providing services to people with disabilities.
The remaining 10% will support sports development, with a focus on nurturing young athletes across various disciplines.
Officially launched in February 2025, Lototins expects to raise up to R$600 million (US$108m) within its first five years of operation, while generating around 1,500 direct and indirect jobs.
The service is operated by a consortium of companies selected through a public bidding process. Bets can be placed in person or via the online platform available at www.lototins.com.br.
The lottery offers four types of games: fixed-odds sports betting; instant win games through physical or digital scratch cards; numerical prognostics, similar to traditional number games; and passive games with pre-numbered tickets. This variety aims to cater to different player profiles and broaden participation opportunities.
