Milan strengthens ties with Brazil: yellow kit and partnership with Reals

Milan has shown that the club's Italian roots also extend to Brazil. The team announced the launch of a new third jersey, in partnership with Puma, featuring the colors of the Brazilian national team for the upcoming season, nodding to legendary players who wore the yellow shirt and the Italian club. Also in April of this year, the ‘Rossoneri’ signed an agreement with Reals, recognized for its excellence in the Brazilian sports betting and online gaming market.

From the days of Mazzola, through Kaká, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Pato, Cafu, and so many others, #ACMilan has always had a strong connection with Brazil. Now the club wears green and yellow in its third kit as well,” reads the club’s post on social media.

The new kit is predominantly yellow, featuring a dark green collar and green sleeve details (https://www.instagram.com/p/DMhYaFvthCO/).

Milan shared four posts on Instagram to promote the launch, including one featuring Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato (www.instagram.com/p/DMh3JuFsWWX/).

This isn’t the club’s first move involving Brazil in 2024. In April, Milan announced a partnership with Reals targeting the Latin American market. The collaboration strengthens Milan’s commitment to engaging fans across the continent. Reals was named “Best Sports Betting Operator” in Brazil by SiGMA World, the leading global authority on iGaming.

We aim to strengthen our connection with a crucial segment of our fan base in Latin America. This partnership opens new opportunities for fan engagement and interaction, helping us connect with long-time supporters as well as new fans,” said Maikel Oettle, Chief Commercial Officer at AC Milan.

To the best of my knowledge, this is the first international agreement of its kind signed with a betting company created in Brazil and licensed to operate in the country. Through this partnership, Reals takes another important step in consolidating its brand as a major sponsor in the sports world and proves its status as a trustworthy and reliable company for bettors,” added Rafael Borges, CEO of Reals.
