THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETTING OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon him by art. 55, section I, of Annex 1 to Decree No. 11,907 of January 30, 2024, and in view of the provisions of Law No. 13,756 of December 12, 2018, and Law No. 14,790 of December 29, 2023, resolves:
Art. 1. To authorize the following legal entity to operate the fixed-odds lottery modality, under the terms of Laws No. 13,756 of December 12, 2018, and No. 14,790 of December 29, 2023, the Ordinances issued by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, and based on the information contained in SIGAP process No. 0081/2024:

- Brands: BETCAIXA, MEGABET, and XBET CAIXA
- Segments: sports and online gaming combined
- Modalities: physical and virtual combined

Art. 2. This Ordinance shall come into effect on the date of publication.
