Digital influencer Daniel Fortune announces partnership to promote Responsible Gaming in Brazil

Amid the accelerated growth of the iGaming market in Brazil and discussions about the regulation of the sector, initiatives have emerged to promote a culture of responsibility among bettors, operators and influencers. One of the most recent involves the deal between lawyer Beatriz Gimenez Costa, VP of the OAB-SP Betting Commission, and digital influencer Daniel Fortune, known for addressing the issue of responsible gaming on his networks.

The purpose of the partnership is to provide information in an accessible way for those who bet, especially on digital platforms, and contribute to the creation of a healthier environment within the market.

"The idea is to transform gambling into a positive, not destructive, experience. We are joining forces to alert, inform and educate this audience. This partnership was created with the clear purpose of protecting the player," says Beatriz Costa.

The lawyer has over ten years of experience in compliance and is vice-president of the OAB-SP Responsible Gambling and Betting Commission, having worked for Reals Brasil, Estre Ambiental and Whirpool Latin America.

Daniel Fortune, in turn, built an engaged audience by talking about the limits of gambling and the risks of compulsive behavior, using direct language aimed at young people.

The duo also has the support of Brazilian Company for Support to Compulsive Gamblers (EBAC), an organization that offers free assistance to people who have lost control over their gambling habits. Daniel even became the first influencer in the sector to form a partnership with the organization, expanding the reach of preventive content.

This partnership with EBAC is a milestone. People need to know that there is support for those who are losing control and that it is possible to have fun safely and in a balanced way. I believe in light, fun and, above all, conscious gambling,” Daniel Fortune emphasizes.

In the medium and long term, those involved intend to leave an educational legacy that impacts not only players, but also influencers and companies in the sector.

The expectation is that more organizations, operators and platforms will join this movement, creating a strong, professional and accessible support network for the entire betting community in the country.
