According to him, the project will:

- Attract investments and boost the economy of Rio de Janeiro state

- Modernize and diversify leisure options for tourists and residents
“And all of this is happening at a magical moment for Rio: in just the first seven months of 2025, we welcomed more than 1.3 million international tourists — an impressive 52% increase compared to last year! With the VLTs, we go much further. We are building a new chapter in our history!” the Loterj president stated.
