Joga Betano 2025 will transport amateur players into the atmosphere of the Betano Cup of Brazil. Inspired by the format of the tournament, the event will open registrations to the public and draw 8 teams to compete in a knockout stage, from the quarterfinals through to the grand final. Registration is unlimited, and teams will be selected through an internal curation process based on the answers submitted on the event’s microsite, where they must explain why they deserve to participate.
Betano will provide uniforms and the traditional “celebratory barbecue.” In addition, the coveted Betano Cup of Brazil trophy will be on display, alongside giveaways of licensed merchandise and, of course, the atmosphere of a professional match.
“Betano is present in every corner of football — from the FIFA Club World Cup to the Copa do Brasil, and now with the second edition of Joga Betano. Creating a decisive match environment with the presence of former athletes brings together people who are used to enjoying a casual game with friends and places them in a truly competitive setting. It will certainly be a unique experience for the eight selected teams,” says Fabio Ritter, Betano’s Sponsorship Activation Manager in Brazil.
How to register:
- Choose a team captain — each team must have between 10 and 13 participants.
- Register all players on Betano and complete the application.
- Answer why your team deserves to participate in the second edition of Joga Betano.
The eight teams with the best answers will enjoy this unique experience.
Event details:
- Registration period: August 13 to August 25 – jogabetano.com.br
- Venue: Appito Arena – Avenida Otaviano Alves de Lima, 45 – Bairro do Limão – São Paulo
