Integration with Serasa Experian’s database has also contributed to a smoother and more accurate process, resulting in a 5% increase in the approval rate of new registrations.
Beyond agility, the system provides a robust security infrastructure, including facial biometrics, liveness detection, automated document analysis, and restricted list checks, meeting the regulatory requirements of the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA), both at registration and withdrawal stages.
