Graduated in Organizational Communication, she started her career in market operations and customer service, specializing in government relations and strategic partnerships. In 2025, she assumed the role of COO in a major international operation, establishing herself as one of the most respected executives in the field.
Teresa will provide a comprehensive perspective on regulatory challenges, the impact of technological innovation, and the industry’s role in developing the eSports ecosystem.
Maurício Lima – The second speaker, Maurício Lima, is an executive with over 10 years of experience in strategic roles in multinational companies in the games and eSports sector. He currently leads business development in Brazil, focusing on expansion and innovation. He holds an International MBA from FIA and is a reference in growth strategies in competitive environments.
Maurício will present insights on the Brazilian and international eSports market, highlighting business opportunities and the role of brands in the sector’s future.

A lawyer and consultant specialized in regulatory and contractual law, Ana Bárbara holds a law degree from USP, a master’s in the same field, and an MBA in Strategic and Economic Project Management from FGV. She currently serves as Director of Government Relations and Regulatory Affairs at a multinational company.
