BPX Group receives RA1000 seal for Vaidebet, Obabet and Betpix365

BPX Group, the company that operates the Vaidebet, Obabet and Betpix365 online sports betting and gaming platforms, participated in the Xtart event, hosted by Proxxima, a telecommunications company that fosters discussions on corporate reputation. During the meeting, the group was awarded the '3 bets RA1000' case, a recognition that reinforces its excellence in reputation and customer relations.

The RA1000 seal is the highest level granted by 'Reclame AQUI' and is reserved only for companies that achieve outstanding customer service standards.

To earn it, companies must consistently maintain above-average performance indicators: responding to more than 90% of complaints, resolving over 90% of cases, achieving an average rating higher than 7.0 in customer evaluations, and obtaining a new business index above 70%, ensuring that most clients continue engaging with the company. BPX Group’s achievement in winning this award was officially recognized by 'Reclame AQUI' itself.

In highly competitive sectors, such as betting, this becomes even more relevant: when bettors see that a brand has a strong reputation, they understand that, should any issue arise, they will have great chances of resolving it easily and transparently," emphasized Felipe Paniago, CMO and co-founder of 'Reclame AQUI'.

"Today we have over 750,000 companies registered on Reclame AQUI, and fewer than 700 currently hold the RA1000 Seal, which represents the highest quality level within the platform. In the betting sector, for instance, some of the brands with this recognition right now are Vaidebet, Betpix365, and Obabet — all part of the same group and participants at the Xtart event focused on reputation. This reinforces that investing in reputation is not just a differentiator, but a clear sign of respect and commitment to the customer," he added.
