Throughout his career, Leandro has worked at both national and multinational companies in sectors such as consumer goods, agribusiness, technology, and education. He has led Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Supply Chain areas, in addition to overseeing M&A operations, operational efficiency projects, and expansion strategies.
Before joining EstrelaBet, he served as CFO at companies such as Mind Lab, GeneSeas Aquaculture, Grupo Columbia, and Nakashi, where he achieved significant improvements in profitability and cost optimization.
Leandro holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and a Master’s in Agribusiness. He also brings to management the discipline he learned in sports: he has been a water polo athlete for 35 years, having represented the Brazilian National Team for 14 years.
